    How it works:

    Step 01 - Moodboards: We’ll start with two collages of images and colors curated to your unique style. Pick the one you like best and let the design process begin.

    Step 02 - Design Phase: Based on your selected moodboard, I’ll design concept packaging that we’ll adapt and update until it's just right. Includes 3 revisions.

    Deliverables:

    About 5 Packaging Mockups: see how your packaging concept will look like in the real world.

    1 File Kit: high-resolution & ready-to-print files, so you have everything you need to send your packaging into production.

FAQs

  • Most projects are booked 1 to 2 months in advance. If you have a specific launch date in mind, the earlier you reach out, the better.

  • First, send an inquiry so I can make sure I’m a good fit for your project. If everything aligns, I will send over a contract and the invoice for the 50 percent deposit. Once those are completed, your spot is officially booked!

  • I accept bank transfer - for international payments, Wise is the easiest option. All payment details will be included in your invoice.

  • Once you are booked, you will get a small questionnaire so I can get a feel for your brand and vision. After that comes research, concept development, design rounds and refinements. When everything is approved, I prepare your final files for delivery.

  • All communication happens through email. This keeps everything organized, clear and easy to revisit throughout the project. It also lets us move at a steady pace without anything slipping through the cracks. I’m quick to respond during work hours. Mon & Wed-Sun: 8am-4pm

  • Any inspiration, references, brand preferences, copy and ideas you already have. Do not stress if you are unsure. The questionnaire will guide you through everything.

  • You will receive all final files in the formats you need for print, web and social media. This usually includes PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG or EPS for vector work.

  • Yes, when I have room in my schedule. Rush projects come with an added fee. Just let me know your timeline and I will tell you what’s possible.

  • Potential extra costs include font licenses, stock photography, and more complex illustration add-ons. I will always tell you ahead of time if anything like that comes up.
