➊ Say Hi!
Do you like what you see? If so, start by filling out the project inquiry form. Together, we can determine if this is the right fit practically and creatively. The more you share, the better!
➋ The Game Plan
Before we commit to anything, I’ll put together a simple (PDF) game plan for your brand. It lays out what the project will look like, what we’ll work on, and an estimated timeline and investment.
➌ Let’s Get You Booked In!
Happy with the game plan? Awesome! I’ll send the contract and a 50% deposit info your way. Once that’s taken care of, your spot is officially secured!
➍ Research & Strategy
You’ll receive an in-depth brand questionnaire. Based on what you share with me, I’ll deep dive into your brand and identify the strongest market directions for you. Next, I’ll present you with art directions that fit your brand. Once we’re aligned, we move on to step five.
➎ Design & Refine
Time to lock in. Based on our discussions, I’ll design an initial concept, including logo, color, typography, and your chosen add-ons. Then, I’ll invite you to review your new brand identity (via Email). From there, we have a set amount of revisions to refine your brand until everything’s perfect.
➏ All done!
We did it! By now, I’ve sent you all the web and print-optimized files for easy access and distribution. A complimentary brand guideline book will help keep your brand consistent, sustainable, and enduring. I’m excited to watch your brand bloom!

First, send an inquiry so I can make sure I’m a good fit for your project. If everything aligns, I will send over a contract and the invoice for the 50 percent deposit. Once those are completed, your spot is officially booked!

Most projects are booked 1 to 2 months in advance. If you have a specific launch date in mind, the earlier you reach out, the better.

Payments can be split into stages if helpful, especially when branding feels like a big step. If a standard 50/50 split feels overwhelming, there are other payment options we can talk through upfront.

I accept bank transfer - for international payments, Wise is the easiest option. All payment details will be included in your invoice.

Once you are booked, you will get a questionnaire so I can get a feel for your brand, market, and target audience. After that comes research, concept development, design rounds and refinements. When everything is approved, I prepare your final files for delivery.

All communication happens through email. This keeps everything organized, clear and easy to revisit throughout the project. It also lets us move at a steady pace without anything slipping through the cracks. I’m quick to respond during work hours. Mon & Wed-Sun: 8am-4pm

As long as you've determined your business name, you're all set. Just make sure to set aside some time to review the concept presentations.
If your project includes any print work, you will need to have the exact dimensions and dielines ready. Your manufacturer will be able to provide these.

You will receive all final files in the formats you need for print, web and social media. This usually includes PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG or EPS for vector work.

Yes, when I have room in my schedule. Rush projects come with an added fee. Just let me know your timeline and I will tell you what’s possible.

Potential additional costs may include font licenses, stock photography, and more complex illustration add ons. At the start of the project, you can choose whether to use paid or free fonts and imagery. The budget will be discussed in advance.
